One more walk down the path to one of my favorite spots at the 
beach in Venice Florida.  As you see my feathered friends love
to have their picture taken.  
They don't seem to mind sharing their territory with us when we go
for our walk and seek treasures brought on shore for our find.

We began to go to Florida when our children were very small for our family time together without telephones and work.
Dad was the one who would take over and give me time to unwind
and enjoy my morning walks.  As the children  grew older they 
would walk with me and now as adults they walk the beaches all over and some take their grandchildren to the beach for their 
"treasure hunt".   Often we would ask if they would like to go on a 
different vacation and the same answer was given "NO".

Children and the beach go so well together don't they.
